Ik doe de IPL behandeling (oksel en bikinilijn). Ik ben tot nu toe nog maar 4 keer geweest en ik ben al bijna helemaal haar vrij. Ze zijn altijd super vriendelijk, nemen tijd voor een fijn babbeltje en werken professioneel. Ik voel me hier super goed. Hier ga ik meer laten doen!

I started going there right after the lockdown finished, they offered a good price for a laser treatment for my face, I suffer for years of hair on my chin and after three sessions I could see results and I am really happy I still have 6 sessions more to go. Workers there are so nice and kind really recommend!

DONOT DO ANY LASER THERAPY HERE!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️ Usually I am very confident person but there was light pigment that was bothering me since a few frds of mine point it out. So I check and though oh I can get this fast removed by doing light laser therapy. I went to this place in October and lady (owner) there said it’s fine,after laser ,you not see it in next week.. I was not ready that day so I went on Nov 9 in evening. Owner she was kind of brute but still I wanted to have this pigment remove so I lay on table. She didn’t even cleaned my skin or did anything and immediately wanted to do the laser straight away.suddenly I asked oh’doesn’t it hurt” ..She look at me and said brutally that ofcourse..No reassuring or explanation..nothing.I thought May be she is having a bad day so I didn’t ask much and did the laser anyhow. All she said was don’t wash the face for 24hr or not touch,just apply flamingo gel. So didn’t wash or touch that area for 3days and than after a week,I see some dry skin coming off. So I was happy that might be working..after 10days.. it became all very very brown colour luckily we can wear mask or else I could not go anywhere. I am posting here picture of laser area of 26 November which is 17days after the therapy. It still very dark!! Nothing cover it up..I had to immediately contact a dermatologist and she said it’s second degree burn and cause hyperpigmentation. And it will take more than 6 months to heal and it’s not sure if scar will go away!!!!!!! Dermatologist said laser setting must be too high and said never do laser therapy at such beauty parlor-ALL THEY HAVE IS BASIC KNOWLEDGE AND THATS ALL!!! So I called them and said I need my money back because appointment with dermatologist, creams that she recommended me cost me 200€!!! And plus I CANT SHOW MY FACE FOR 6-8 MONTHS!!!MY SELFCONFIDENCE IS NOT MINUS AND I DONT SEE AT MIRROW ANYMORE.. I called the place and went there today..and owner-same woman check on my skin.I said you laser cause me second degree burn and she said second degree burn is ok and she think it’s 3rd degree burn!!! LIKE 3rd degree burn cause more damage!!!!!! I ASK FOR MONEY RETURN BUT SHE SAID NO.ALL THIS TIME,I DIDNT ARGUE WITH HER ..I JUST EXPLAINED AND SHOWN THE PROVE !!! LIKE I AM THE VICTIM OF THIS!!!! She should have atleast be sympathetic but no..nothing.. When she said she will not return the money and I asked her second time and she said no so I just left. I believed in KARMA and I know she will get it soon. But I am writing this review so that any fellow sister will not suffer as I have suffer. Hope this helps someone.
