Je gaat ter plaatse om te "recycleren/sorteren", ( tijdens Corona periode) komt af aan de ingang en word geweigerd omdat je geen afspraak hebt genomen. ContainerPark is op dat moment Leeg... niemand Binnen. Ik ga terug naar huis om dan via website afspraak te nemen, en zie op de website dat er geen enkele afspraak werd genomen sinds dat ik daar ter plaatse was tot de sluiting van de container park. Dus ik begrijp wel dat er regels zijn, maar hier in dit geval hadden ze toch een ander oplossing kunnen vinden. En dan staan ze verbaasd dat mensen sluikstorten.
Not very open minded and Professional. You go on site to "recycle / sort", (during Corona period) you come off at the entrance and are refused because you have not made an appointment. ContainerPark is empty at that moment ... nobody inside. I go back home to make an appointment via website, and see on the website that no appointment was made since I was there until the closure of the container park. So I understand that there are rules, but here in this case they could have found a different solution. And then they are amazed that people dump illegal dumping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are greeted with suspicion as if you were a criminal. People are doing an effort to sort waste and any opportunity is good to demand fees. Fortunately, the madman who looked after the reception retired.
