★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with green hair and came back with gorgeous blond/grey hair. There is nothing left of my green hair! When I came in I was very stressed and the hair dresser calmed me down and was very friendly. The manager and the people who work there are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today for the second time I tried Raphaeli's Coiffure to cut my hair. The first time I opted for cut and styling and I was very satisfied (despite having paid 65 euros and it seemed a bit expensive). It was the Colombian guy the one who cuts my hair the first time I went there. Today, however, I decided to do the cut and go (washing and cutting without creases) which costs 30 euros. it was the girl who speaks Italian who cut my hair. First they washed my hair and only after 10 minutes started cutting it, leaving me for this period of time with wet hair. Then I asked to reduce the mass of the hair and cut the edges, but in fact she only cut the edges. Then she dried my hair but left it half wet. When I pointed out these two things, she replied that she did it to give a natural effect to the hair. However, I find it unacceptable to leave a client's hair wet. Also my hair has the same volume as before, so I feel that I have not achieved the purpose for which I went to the hairdresser. Finally, at a certain point a man (maybe related with the ownership?) entered the shop and began walking around without a mask, which I find shocking considering that we are still in the midst of a global pandemic. In conclusion, I had a good experience the first time but this time I was really disappointed and I don't think I'll be back anymore.
