One of the worst customer service. Run away if you want to save you time and frustration. I have ordered multiple devices including gift wrapping paper and they sent the wrong reference. That's ok, problem can happen. I have introduced a claim to get it replaced and I got delivered another wrong reference. I introduced another claim and they never came back to me about it. Until they asked me to pay for the replacement wrapping paper. I have refused of course as it was to replace an error and told them they can come and pick them both as they are the wrong reference. They accepted and they say they will organize a pick-up. The pick-up never showed up and they planned it 4x (I wasted 4 days waiting for them). I add another terrible experience about ordering custom tape with our logo. It took 3 weeks to get my order registered and the guy was always asking me to send him the same documents that I have sent him 3 times. Then I was told it would get delivered in 3wks time. 7wks later, despite multiple reminder and confirmation about the delivery date, I am told for the 4th time that the tape will be in production at the end of the week. I told them to cancel the order as I was fed up hearing fake promises. Guess what, 2wks later I got the tape delivered although I told them to cancel the order and now they want me to pay for it. Of course I don't want as I have ordered that product somewhere else where they managed to take my order and deliver in 2wks. Now, they keep chasing me to pay for their mistakes. Mistakes can happen but such terrible customer service, that's unacceptable.

Absolutely a fail and not to recommend. I have ordered more than one week ago, still did not get my order, no tracking number and the staff is unable to provide me with any information. I have ordered for more than 200 euros, the website claims to deliver for free within 24 hours. Despite the cover-19 situation it is not acceptable to have no tracking information and no support. Update: I ordered again on September 1, 2020 and got the exact same result. They promise 24h delivery if the order is made before 4pm the day before and today support told me that the driver could not make it and that it should be delivered tomorrow. The website claims everywhere to be shipping in 24 hours, which is precisely what makes Raja stands from existing solutions but this is rubbish. It is even more dissapointing precisely because all our shipments rely on this shipping material so they are now, also delayed. I did not get any compensation for the first order, they said they would "look at it" for this second one. And still no tracking number. Very dissapointing!
