★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful hotel with a great restaurant and bar, a touch on the expensive side though. The rooms are great, with fantastic showers and comfortable beds, I would definitely stay here again give the chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great stay. It's near Spa. The hotel has everything you need. But they forgot to bring my breakfast, so I had to call them about the problem and they fixed it immediately. And the receptionist is kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to the Radisson Blu Balmoral in Spa with two kids under 3 years for them to play and enjoy the swimming pool. We were informed by the hotel staff during the check-in that children are not allowed to enter the pool from 9am to 6pm. Despite my efforts to find a solution for my problem the staff showed an impressive mind-squared mentality stick to their “rules”, which by the way are not showed anywhere, not in the booking, nor the website, no mention about this rule at all. Will update by check-out hopefully with no more negative feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a solid option for a relaxed weekend in Spa and the surrounding area. The hotel has rooms above the main building and in a separate building across the parking lot.
The restaurant serves decent meals and the restaurant is reasonably priced and good food.
Others have complained about their children not having access to the pool and spa, but for everyone else it's essential to relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice upmarket hotel located just near Spa city. Good location, good rooms, friendly staff. Two remarks: the restaurant (dinner) can definitely be improved. Kids are not allowed at the swimming pool during the day - a disappointment for families with kids
