★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L appartement de Simon est idéalement placé dans le centre de Gand dans un quartier très calme.
Il est tres spacieux, très agréable et parfaitement équipé pour dix personnes et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour .
Et en plus Simon est très réactif et très arrangeant, c'est donc un excellent choix. Je recommande vivement.
 Simon's apartment is ideally located in the center of Ghent in a very quiet area.
It is very spacious, very pleasant and perfectly equipped for ten people and we had an excellent stay.
Plus Simon is very responsive and accommodating, so he's a great choice. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartement de 10 personnes convenant réellement à 10 personnes. Supermarché très proche.
L'appartement est joli, en très bon état, neuf ou rénové.
Simon a mis des équipements suffisants : 2 réfrigérateurs, 1 machine à laver, 1 fer à repasser , machine à café, four, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire etc
Le système des clés est très bien car tous les locataires peuvent avoir la clé.
Alors que dans d'autres appartements, on avait 4 clés pour 8 personnes par exemple ou 2 clés pour 6 personnes.
Dans le quartier, il n'y a pas de bruit le soir. Il est possible de se reposer le jour ou la nuit les fenêtres ouvertes.
Je recommande.
Apartment of 10 people really suitable for 10 people. Supermarket very close.
The apartment is pretty, in very good condition, new or renovated.
Simon put enough equipment: 2 refrigerators, 1 washing machine, 1 iron, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, kettle etc.
The key system is very good because all tenants can have the key.
While in other apartments, we had 4 keys for 8 people for example or 2 keys for 6 people.
In the neighborhood, there is no noise at night. It is possible to rest the day or the night the open windows.
I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm and comfortable in a very quiet location. City centre is just a short walk away and you can find almost anything you need in the apartment. Be aware that there is a flight of steep stairs to get into the apartment.
