K	Kevin Van de Vyver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onprofessioneel persoon die enkel aan zichzelf denkt en (potentiële) klanten letterlijk en figuurlijk in de kou laat staan. Bij problemen met de boiler geeft hij telefonisch aan dat hij meestal binnen 1 dag ter plaatse komt, maar vraagt om "de secretaresse" een mail te sturen i.v.m. de planning. 's Avonds beantwoordt hij zelf de mail om doodleuk te melden dat ik anderhalve week zou moeten wachten. Gezien er geen antwoord komt op mijn antwoord op die mail, bel ik opnieuw en geef ik aan dat een interventie dringend nodig is omdat de boiler niet gereset kan worden en ik dus in de winter zonder verwarming en zonder warm water zit. Daarop antwoordt hij doodleuk "ik heb geen stuk" en gooit zonder meer de telefoon neer. Gelukkig kon de fabrikant (Vaillant) de dag zelf wel interveniëren. Blijf zo ver mogelijk weg van R & D Technics. Very unprofessional person who only thinks about himself and literally and figuratively leaves (potential) customers in the cold. Stay away from R&D Technics as far as possible.

They told me they will get back to me ASAP. I called them back on Monday morning, and they tell me they have not yet had a chance to check IF and when they can come, and that it may be better to call someone else. Infuriating. Je les ai rappelés lundi matin, et ils me disent qu'ils n'ont pas encore eu l'occasion de vérifier SI et quand ils peuvent venir, et qu'il serait peut-être préférable d'appeler quelqu'un d'autre. Zelfs programmatie van Vallaint ketel via telefoon zonder extra kosten! Perfect service. If you are really without heating, a solution the same day. Can only recommend. Even programming of Vallaint boiler by telephone at no extra cost!
