★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing product! I enjoy doing airsoft with my Warq Helmet. I've selected all the details on my own on their website and then I received my amazing black raptor painted and secured helmet. I've been running in woods for hours and NO FOG AT ALL! I have a bandana on my head and around my neck wich could have help to get fog but no no... "not today"...and in fact never! I feel secured and badass with it. Thank you Warq!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the company take your money and they fail to communicate, I ordered a helmet and extras last month only to find that they are closed down apparently have been for months and no longer trading, the web site is still up though and takes your money but they are completely shut no one answers the phones emails or online communications when I try to make contact about if I am ever going to get my order or a date for one over the last weeks, you cant even contact them for a refund, as they are no longer trading and completely closed down, this is a scam company now with no customer respect or service it is like being robbed in the street and cannot be trusted. they could have put something on their web site about delays etc but nope, do not buy direct as they are no longer in business.
awful experience awful company. illegal practices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered a custom helmet from Warq.eu last year and eventually it came as it should, with the personalised shell and so on. However, this year by the end of June I've placed two additional orders, one for a bandana, one for a custom visor cover. The site was happy to take my money but at the time of writing (11th of August) the orders are still stuck in processing and by now I've accepted the fact that I've paid 60 Euros for something I most likely won't ever see.
I'd assume the company went out of business. But the website will still take your payment so beware of it. Also, don't be fooled by the "activity" on social media. It's either queued and abandoned or it's a straight up scam at this point to trick you into believing the company is still operational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID, the product is great (Very Overpriced) but nothing else like it.
HOWEVER - The company is a shambles, no repsonse - I ordered direct and they lied about stock, lied about shipping and stopped responding to emails. Raised a PayPal case an was refunded by PayPal today as they also did not respond to PayPal.
BUYER BEWARE - to put into perspective I would have more trust in buying a load of high end electrical gear shrink-wrapped in a yellow van in Tesco Car Park from two guys called Rodney & Derek

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered my custom helmet in Dec 2020, and yet have to receive it. Communication goes very slow, and they keep lying about having a shippingdate or trackingnunver for me. Awful company when it comes to customer relations. I'm now cancelling my order but I'm not even sure if they are going to respond to that. Unfortunately couldn't give less then 1 star!
