Néanmoins, le travail de pose est loin d'être parfait (murs sales, coups de marteau sur le chassis même, mousse PU coupée avec un cutter pas assez aiguisé, etc...). Délais de livraison indicatif de 7 semaines mais n'a pas été respecté. La pose a été débutée mais non finie. La maison est restée "ouverte" pendant 4 semaines! Très difficile de faire le suivi avec cet entrepreneur.
Company providing good equipment at the right price. Nevertheless, the work of installation is far from perfect (dirty walls, hammering on the same chassis, PU foam cut with a not sharp enough cutter, etc ...). Delivery times indicative of 7 weeks but was not respected. The pose was started but not finished. The house remained "open" for 4 weeks! Very difficult to follow up with this contractor.

Documents pour les primes en ordre. Intervention rapide en cas de soucis. Le tout dans une ambiance agréable. Je n'ai jamais été déçue et je recommande vivement.

Documents for premiums in order. Quick intervention in case of problems. All in a pleasant atmosphere. I have never been disappointed and highly recommend.

Ze leveren heel mooi werk!
Prijs/kwaliteit helemaal in orde.
Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame ontvangst aan de telefoon en heel snel antwoord via mail.
Afspraken en leveringstermijnen werden altijd gerespecteerd en overeenkomsten nageleefd.
De firma verving al mijn ramen en kwam een kattenfluisteraar plaatsen in een raam.
Alles werd netjes afgewerkt, er werd niets beschadigd bij het uitbreken en plaatsen en alles werd opgekuist.
Bij de minste vraag of twijfel, van mijn kant, kwam er een medewerker lang voor nazicht of het geven van extra info.

They do a great job!
Price / quality all right.
Very friendly and helpful reception on the phone and a very quick answer by email.
Agreements and delivery times were always respected and agreements complied with.
The company replaced all my windows and placed a cat whisperer in a window.
Everything was neatly finished, nothing was damaged during breakout and placement and everything was cleaned up.
At the slightest question or doubt, on my part, an employee came long to check or to give extra information.

Each time Querjan was able to provide a professional response to my requests, the deadlines communicated were always respected, the price is in line with the quality of the services.
