Het bouwkundig verslag bestemd voor de aannemer en architect bevatte een meetfout die wij zelf moesten opmerken en waarvan we moesten aangeven dat dit veranderd moest worden. Na correspondentie over onze ontevredenheid werd dit wel op een professionele manier opgevolgd, waarvoor dank.
Expertise requested for removing a wall in our home. Place visit was ok. The architectural report intended for the contractor and architect contained a measurement error that we had to notice ourselves and of which we had to indicate that this had to be changed. After correspondence about our dissatisfaction, this was followed up in a professional manner, for which thanks.
