Vincent leert je om even stil te staan bij je ademhaling en te luisteren naar jezelf. Toen ik buitenkwam bij Qimono was er echt een last van mijn schouders gevallen. Ik kan het dus iedereen aanraden om het op en minst eens uit te proberen. In our busy lives we sometimes do not have time to reflect on how we feel or what our body tells us. Vincent teaches you to think about your breathing and to listen to yourself. When I walked out at Qimono, a load had really fallen off my shoulders. So I can recommend everyone to try it out at least.

Ook legt hij op een niet-zweverige manier uit hoe meditatie werkt en wat je ervan kan verwachten. De meditatieruimte was bovendien een erg leuke plek. Ik kan het zeker aanraden! I have ever followed my first meditation session, and I am pretty good better than expected! I found Vincent very soothing, which I did need. He explains in a non-floating way how meditation works and what you can expect. The meditation room was also a very nice place. I can definitely recommend it!

Heel professioneel, doch zeer toegankelijk en hij past zich meteen aan op het niveau en de verwachtingen van wie voor hem zit. Hij gaf heel veel informatie (op onze vraag), waar zowel een nieuwere als meer ervaren leerling veel van heeft opgevangen. Absolute aanrader! Vincent van Qimono verhuurt ook een prachtige woning in Gent centrum genaamd shelter7.be! Very satisfied with the meditation session we followed with Vincent. Very professional, yet very accessible and he immediately adapts to the level and expectations of those in front of him. He gave a lot of information (at our request), of which both a newer and more experienced student has learned a lot. Absolute must! Vincent van Qimono also rents out a beautiful house in the center of Ghent called shelter7.be!
