Very rude and unprofessional!!!
I went there in order to repair a flat tyre and I specifically asked them to have a look also on another tyre which was losing air every once in a while.
Apparently they did not since in less than two weeks after my visit the tyre keeps on losing pressure and they do not take responsibility for that.
They even refused to check my file to see if the tyre has been checked.
They were very rude by saying that they are not going to deal with my problem and they will not check my file because they trust their people.
Unbelievable that some people are allowed to work in positions where they have communication with clients.
On the other hand, the service in Q-team Gent and Q-team Vilvoorde that I had to go later the same month was very very good. Kind people and fast service!!!
