★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik stak mijn kaartje voor te betalen in de automaat, betaal €4 en blijkt dat er nog een oud kaartje in de automaat stak (stond geen nr plaat op scherm). Heb dus 2 keer €4 moeten betalen, schandalig!
 I put my ticket in the machine to pay, pay € 4 and it turns out that there was still an old ticket in the machine (there was no number plate on the screen). So I had to pay € 4 twice, scandalous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een ongelooflijke kleine garage, velgen zwaar beschadigd en onderkant zijkant auto, bocht nemen is onmogelijk , ok ik heb behoorlijke grote auto, maar dan nog. Nooit meer!!!! 500 euro schade gereden. Belachelijke smalle ingang met ook nog eens hoge stoepranden.
What an incredible small garage, rims badly damaged and bottom side of the car, cornering is impossible, ok I have a decent big car, but still. Never again!!!! 500 euros in damage. Ridiculously narrow entrance with also high curbs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this a 1/5 because of the very small parking space plots and the huge price tag. If you drive a mini you might have a shot at parking without much fuss but if you drive a sports car or an SUV you WILL NOT be able to park unless you take up 2 parking spots. Seriously who designed this?! must be either the worlds nutty architect hopped on a cocktail of LSD/cocaine and a splash of vaped glue or the worlds most greediest person. Also friend of mine scratched up his car there and he drives a mercedes A class.... go figure.
If you want a parking spot near hasselt and near the center, this is not the spot if you have a bigger car. You know i loved coming to Hasselt and meeting my school year friends i made when i was an exchange student but hasselt seems to have lost its charm due to things like this. Sad to see this happen to a once great and fun city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned: the entrance of this parking is very small
The parking location is ideal if you're going shopping as it's right in the center.
It also has license plate detection, which is nice if you have your license plate linked via the Q-Park (or KBC) app to a bank account, as this will allow you to enter and leave without a ticket.
If you have a bigger car and/or are insecure about your driving and parking skills, you better avoid this parking however. This parking garage is very narrow which becomes immediately clear when entering the parking. I've seen multiple people struggle to get the entrance turn right, even with small cars.
The parking spots are okay in size if everyone parks a bit social. But if someone parks his/her car a bit wrong, it becomes rather tricky to get in/out as there columns between every second parking spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an okay parking space, rather small parking spots, there always seems to be a waiting time outside of the parking entrance. During the weekends or holidays it is hard to find a parking spot here, expect this one to be full most of the time. It is rather expensive, 10€ for a trip from 15u to 19u. The ticket machine on the -2 floor was broken, so we had to go back up to -1 to pay. The worst part of it was that it smelled like urine.
