'by appointment' means a standard 45-minute wait. Very annoying. Accepting fewer bookings is the message.

Ga er dan mee naar spoed he als het zo erg was of bel de ziekenwagen.
Very skilled, friendly doctor.

Then go to the emergency room if it was that bad or call the ambulance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onbeschoft tot en met. Grootmoeder van 82 jaar was gevallen en wij belden met de vraag of het mogelijk was om even langs te komen. Kregen als antwoord: 'Van waar belt gij, ge denkt toch niet dat ik hier zomaar weg kan zeker!!'
Precies toch een verkeerd beroep gekozen... Ik dacht dat het de zorgverlenende sector was. Blijkbaar heb ik me vergist... ?
Rude to. The 82-year-old grandmother had fallen and we called to ask if it was possible to drop by. Was answered: "Where are you calling from, you don't think I can just get out of here !!"
Exactly the wrong profession chosen ... I thought it was the healthcare sector. Apparently I was mistaken ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very direct, straight to the point and doesn't waste time on unnecessary or confusing chatter - exactly what I needed at Heilige Hart Leuven. Her domain is maternity and gynaecology - like pregnancy, delivering babies and all that; not geriatry or osteopathy, so I would be surprised if she dropped her pregnant or newborn patients to offer care to an 85 year old who fell and would be better served by another doctor. She is frank and honest, that is not a fault in my opinion. Those who expect someone diplomatic, soft and reluctant to be frank or direct will be dissatisfied. I am satisfied.
