only 2 people serving in a tiny room, and they will not look into your car if asked to.
They will tell it to your face they do not have the time to do so due to a high volume of customers.
Also, mind their special phone number starting with 078 which means you are going to pay extra costs regardless of your monthly phone plan (!!!).
If this is not enough, you have to drive to the outskirts of the city of Brussels in order to locate them in an industrial zone (6.5 km from the city centre)
There must be other options.
