★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jullie zijn onbereikbaar! probeer tel afspraak te maken, maar krijg geen keuze in belmenu voor contact met lokaal verkooppunt. via jullie mail menu geprobeerd, maar kan onmogelijk m'n eigen tel. invullen ( verplicht veld) . er zit niets anders op dan in de rij te gaan staan in de winkel! en dat voor een bedrijf die " communicatie" verkoopt!
 You are unreachable! try to make a telephone appointment, but do not get a choice in the call menu for contacting a local point of sale. Tried via your mail menu, but it is impossible to enter my own phone number (mandatory field). there is no other option than to stand in line at the store! and that for a company that sells "communication"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ik kan, ik gaf nul sterren. Ik kwam binnen met een naar mijn mening simpele vraag omdat ik toch in de buurt was. Kreeg een jonge dame die begon te googlen en me een verkeerde oplossing bood. Om dan ten slotte te zeggen dat ze me niet kon helpen. Wat me het meest ergerde was de onvriendelijke en korte manier waarop ik 'geholpen' werd. De sorry op het einde kon me dan ook nog weinig schelen.
If I can, I gave zero stars. I came in with what I thought simple question because I was in the area anyway. Got a young lady who started googling and offered me wrong solution. And then finally say she couldn't help me. What annoyed me the most was the unfriendly and short way in which I was 'helped'. I couldn't care less about the apology at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store in oudenaarde on Thursday and the salesman promised me that he would keep one iPhone for me until Saturday, that I would go buy it. When I went on Saturday there's was another person in the store, who was very rude with me and told me that the phone was sold and that I have to wait for the new command to arrive. I explained him that I will leave on a trip and I need it because I broke my old phone and if I knew that the phone wouldn't be available in that store I would have the time to look for it in another store. I consider leaving from Proximus, because it's not the first time that I'm not satisfied by the customer service of this store. They are always indifferent, rude and derisive towards me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to purchase a new phone just before Christmas. Only iPhone SE was available in the store and salesman was reluctant to show a demo of the phone. No other model was available at the moment. The sales person mentioned that all other models will be available in January. So much for Christmas holiday shopping, very disappointing !
