 Unfriendly, the problems shift to the customer, not helpful at all, I change company (this says enough).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normaal zou ik geen review posten over een telecom winkel, maar hier viel me toch iets op en dat was hoe klantvriendelijk en eerlijk de medewerkers zijn. Ben je op zoek naar iets dat zij niet hebben, smeren ze je niets aan, maar raden ze gewoon een andere winkel of de concurrentie aan. Hier denken ze mee met hun klanten. Top!
Normally I wouldn't post a review about a telecom store, but something struck me here and that was how customer-friendly and honest the employees are. If you're looking for something they don't have, they won't sell you anything, just recommend another store or the competition. Here they think along with their customers. Top!
