Si on choisi de ne pas répondre au téléphone, on ne publie pas son numéro d'appel. Si on fait commerce c'est pour être disponible pour ses clients !!!! A Wednesday at 15h I tried to contact this establishment by phone 15 times. We have never deigned to pick up. For a shop it's inconceivable. Je confirme donc bien les dires de Mr Nicolas Springael. Et qu'on ne vienne pas donner l'excuse qu'il y a du monde dans le magasin, car j'ai moi aussi travaillé dans un commerce informatique a forte affluence, et il y a toujours moyen de s'arranger pour répondre au téléphone, tout en reprenant la discussion avec le client après. Car la personne qui téléphone est peut-être un futur client potentiel. Mais j'irai voir ailleurs. Unfortunately, there will be no experience with this store.
