★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely, disgustingly unfriendly service. Staff is simply incapable of simple tasks and arrogant. And that's just this store. Service is non-existent. And their services consistently disappointing. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Literally every provider in Belgium is a better choice. Actually no internet and tv would be better, so you don't waste hours and hours in their shop where no one knows what they're doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff in technical fields are with limited knowledge on what they trade. But in proximus outlets you will find the difference. The staff is very rich in information and also good at explaining things. Of course patience is must since you wait for your turn if the crowd is big in weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there 4 times to fix the same issue.-->Not being able to make international calls.
They treated me like some sort of inbecile. The arrogance is truly what does it,it's the cherry on top of a garbage service. With recieving brillant advice multipe times such as " Have you tried turning your phone of and on again?" " Yes I have... infact thats the reason I am here".... oh well we check * continues to do absolutley nothing and wastes my and everybodies time for 20 min and makes wrong promesess about it being fixed.
Don't go there you're cholesterol-levels will thank you

They know their products, will patiently listen to your story, and will look for a suitable solution on the spot if need be. So if you have some questions for Proximus, and your Antwerp I would recommend this shop over all others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proximus did some roadworks on our street. After finishing, the contractors left the street in a post-apocalyptic state: piles of mud, sand, dirt. I contacted Proximus five (!!!) times - they haven't done anything.
If you respect yourself, stay as far away from this garbage fire of a company as you can.
