★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extreem slechte service. Ik bel 21Mei voor een afspraak. Afspraak wordt me beloofd op maandag 27 Mei. Die dag zelf, niemand daagd op. Ik bel dan 4 keer want telkens valt de lijn weg. En kunnen ze momenteel geen afspraken maken?! Ik ga lekker naar telenet ??
Extremely poor service. I'm calling 21 May for an appointment. I will be promised an appointment on Monday 27 May. That day itself, nobody showed up. I then call 4 times, because the line drops out every time. And can't they make appointments at the moment ?! I'm going to Telenet ??

VERSCHRIKKELIJKE service, niemand kan je helpen. Je wordt telkens doorverbonden naar iemand die je ook niet kan helpen.
When I said: "you made a mistake" the employee said: "I think 'you' is a big word, I have nothing to do with this..??? You work for Proximus or not..?!
TERRIBLE service, nobody can help you. You are always put through to someone who can't help you either.
