★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'arrête demain (j'en ai vraiment marre). G.....y qui remplace Catherine, qui a des problèmes de santé en maladie. Velux, terrasse, garage non faits le 15/07/2019 (pour la cave, je passe).
Passage de l'accompagnatrice technique le 29/07/2019 -> la même chose: Velux, terrasse non faits.
Téléphone le 30/07/2019: une personne me dit que c'est possible qu'on ne fasse pas les Velux vu le temps, la saison (je ne me souviens plus du terme exact). J'ai téléphoné à 16h34. J'imagine qu'on peu retrouver la personne!

Plus de 3 aides ménagères différentes en 2ans... on laisse le choix au personnel de choisir où il veut aller travailler pcq il ne supporte pas les remarques concernant le travail mal ou pas fait... communication déplorable, gestion du personnel pas top... on attend la veille ou le jour même pour être prévenue qu il n y aura personne... personnel souvent malade... enfin... organisation à revoir sérieusement et surtout veiller à engager du personnel motivé !
Highly disappointed! More than 3 different housekeepers in 2 years ... we leave the choice to the staff to choose where he wants to work pcq he does not support the remarks concerning the work badly or not done ... communication deplorable, management staff not top. .. we are waiting the day before or the same day to be warned that there will be no one ... staff often ill ... well ... organization to seriously review and especially to engage motivated staff!
