On nous fais croire que c est familiale mais c est loin d être la réalité. Tellement familiale qu une semaine après être repris au sein de leur société nous avons connu la crises covid jamais le management n a pris de nos news et même après la fin du premier confinement. Suite à ma démission tout à été mis en place afin que je n obtienne pas tout mes droits. X personnes reprisent dans leur société et x personnes on préféré partir car tout est sur la présentation et non sur la qualité de travail. Ce garde est intervenu d'une manière tout à fait inopportune et grossière . J'ai vu qu'il traitait aussi d'autres personnes de manière similaire et même des personnes très âgées. Par contre les jeunes filles qui lui parlent le masque en dessous du menton n'ont même pas droit à une petite réprimande Je pense que vous devez pour les prochains uniformes ajouter sur leur épaule une croix gammée.
