Negatief is het mismanagement, er zijn genoeg managers maar ze zijn niet aanspreekbaar waardoor doorgroeimogelijkheden erg beperkt zijn. Het bedrijf oogt allesbehalve netjes aan de buitenkant, terwijl de betonnen vloeren in de productiehal allesbehalve effen liggen op bepaalde plaatsen (struikel gevaar), heel wat lijnen zijn hopeloos veroudert en er heerst een continue discussie over de te hoge kostendruk.
Positive is the catering, the friendly staff and the presence of a QC department to test the finished products and raw materials.
Negative is the mismanagement, there are enough managers, but they are not approachable, so that career opportunities are very limited. The company looks anything but neat on the outside, while the concrete floors in the production hall are anything but smooth in certain places (tripping hazard), many lines are hopelessly outdated and there is a continuous discussion about the excessive cost pressure.
