Pour le reste ... efficacité, gentillesse, courtoisie, rapidité !
On vous téléphone rapidement dès que tout peut être fait.
A peine 20 minutes pour passer des pneus été/hiver alors qu'à d'autres endroits, on est proche de rester une heure sur place.
Un bémol ... dommage que les toilettes ne soient pas plus accueillantes ... pas moyen de se laver les mains .. pas d'eau, pas de serviettes, pas de savon.
Heureusement, j'ai pu profiter de la salle du personnel qu'on m'a gentiment proposer d'utiliser avec leur évier.
J'espère que pour mon prochain changement de pneus hiver/été se soit résolu.

For the rest ... efficiency, kindness, courtesy, speed!
We call you quickly as soon as everything can be done.
Barely 20 minutes to change summer / winter tires while in other places, we are close to staying an hour on site.
A downside ... too bad the toilets are not more welcoming ... no way to wash your hands .. no water, no towels, no soap.
Fortunately, I was able to take advantage of the staff room that I was kindly offered to use with their sink.
I hope that my next winter / summer tire change has been resolved.
