★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai voulu commandé un crochet d’attelage et j’avais un doute pour le faisceau...j’ai donc tout naturellement posé une question sur le formulaire de contact. Une personne dénommée Pierre m’a répondu en se foutant limite de ma gueule et continue de répondre de manière très arrogante et désintéressée alors que je me plaignais de la manière dont j’étais traité...hallucinant !!! Je vais gardé la conversation d’ailleurs. Visiblement ils n’ont pas besoin de vendre, ils préfèrent se foutre de la gueule des clients....à fuir!
I wanted to order a towing hook and I had a doubt about the harness ... so I naturally asked a question on the contact form. A person named Pierre answered me with the utter freaking out of my mouth and continues to answer in a very arrogant and disinterested way when I complained about the way I was treated ... mind blowing !!! I'm going to keep the conversation elsewhere. Obviously they do not need to sell, they prefer to give a shit about customers ... to flee!
