Het bedrijf schreef ons dat het 4 à 5 uur per appartement zou kuisen, maar bleek uiteindelijk 15 uur per appartement te kuisen. Bovendien factureerden zij dit bedrag aan een hogere kostprijs per uur dan initeel gemeld.
Spijtig genoeg hadden wij nog geen plaatsbeschrijving, maar zij gebruiken duidelijk heel aggresieve producten, want sommige tegels leken beschadigd.
Op ons aangetekend schrijven werd nooit gereageerd, maar enkele dagen later ontvingen wij wel een dreiging tot juridische stappen, die nog een paar dagen later ook werden hard gemaakt.
Eén ding is zeker: Nooit meer.
 Despite Pro Company's flexible service, Pro Company's communication is anything but good.
The company wrote to us that it would clean 4 to 5 hours per apartment, but it turned out to clean 15 hours per apartment. Moreover, they invoiced this amount at a higher cost price per hour than initially reported.
Unfortunately, we did not yet have an inventory, but they clearly use very aggressive products, because some tiles seemed damaged.
We never responded to our registered letter, but a few days later we did receive a threat of legal action, which was also substantiated a few days later.
One thing is certain: Never again.
