★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ging enkel om iets af te drukken op dik papier. Duurde zo lang. Uitendelijk kwam hij zeggen dat de machine niet werkt of niet wil opstarten. Stond daar zeker meer dan een halfuur! Ik vroeg ondertussen aan zijn andere collega of het nog lang gaat duren en die antwoordde niet zo vriendelijk.
I just went to print something on thick paper. Lasted so long. He came out saying that the machine is not working or does not want to start. Certainly stood there for more than half an hour! In the meantime I asked his other colleague if it was going to take a long time and he did not answer so kindly.

They make the same effort for each print run. No question is too much and they think along with the customer. Service a big 10
