L	Leentje Joos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi besteld om 23u15, na een halfuur nog altijd niet aangekomen. Klantvriendelijkheid is echt ondermaats. Taxi ordered at 11.15 pm, still not arrived after half an hour. Customer service is really substandard.

Er bestaan hoogstwaarschijnlijk betere taxibedrijven met meer oog voor een goede klantenservice. Gives the possibility to book online (with confirmation email), and not to show up afterwards. Really nice if you just have to leave on vacation. Most likely there are better taxi companies with more focus on good customer service.

Paniek: mijn bril, een map met documenten, laptop ... . Ik had geen kaartje gevraagd en wist niet welk taxibedrijf het was, nog meer paniek ... . Een half uur later stond er echter opeens een taxi voor ons huis. Ja hoor: vriendelijkheid bestaat nog steeds! De taxichauffeur (Patrick weet ik ondertussen) had in Leuven mijn boekentas op de achterbank zien liggen en is gewoon teruggereden om hem terug te brengen. Geweldig!!!!! Dankjewel Patrick, als ik nog eens een taxi nodig heb, bel ik zeker naar jullie. SUPER TAXI COMPANY !!!!!! After the taxi driver dropped me off at home, I noticed that I had left my bookbag in the car .... Panic: my glasses, a folder with documents, a laptop .... I had not requested a ticket and did not know which taxi company it was, even more panic .... Half an hour later, however, a taxi suddenly appeared in front of our house. Yes: friendliness still exists! The taxi driver (I know Patrick by now) had seen my bookbag in the back seat in Leuven and just drove back to bring it back. Awesome!!!!! Thank you Patrick, if I need another taxi, I will definitely call you.

Mijn vriend werd gezegd dat hij dan maar te voet moest gaan! Slechtste service ooit! Taxi driver did not want to drop my friend at the right address, because he had to make a detour. My friend was told to go on foot! Worst service ever!
A	Ariadni Kouzeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a taxi the evening before I had to travel to the station and catch an early flight from Brussels airport. The booking was confirmed by phone but the taxi never showed up. Really unreliable, do not trust. Especially if you have to catch a train/flight!
A	Anne Wickramasuriya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a taxi from oud Heverlee to Heverlee for 4 km distance and since I was a tourist driver took the furthest detour (18km detour for 4 kms distance) and charged me 40 euros. Can you imagine 40 euros for 4 km distance. I contacted the taxi company and they justified this saying it’s peak hours so they had to take furthest detour etc. I hope they educate their drivers to use navigation properly and also they should educate their drivers to be more professional towards the customers. The driver was asking me unnecessary questions such as if I got sick while I was at the hotel as I took the taxi from a hospital. I didn’t want to discuss my health situation with a taxi driver obviously.. When I called the taxi service they were very rude and not friendly they told me we sent you a taxi in twenty minutes so just be happy about it. What else do you want? Well as a customer I would like their driver not to take the furthest detour possible and not over charge the customers.
