Got a package delivered to them as a pickup point by the Dutch Post.
I got a tracking document stating that it got delivered.
Over the phone they denied having it; calling back, insisting, they threatened to hang up; they would deny the bar code tracking number, they did refused giving me their email address for sending them the tracking document. In the end they had it all along.
