 Very friendly and professional staff. They helped me well following an error from Bpost who delivered my package to Brussels (1060) instead of Gembloux (5030). Many thanks to them, and I highly recommend this great location.

Elle traite les étrangers comme des moins que rien, ne parle que français, pas d'anglais ni même de flamand ou allemand : pour un coin presse soit disant orienté international c'est très gênant.
Se permet des réflexions à mi-voix à l'intention des clients ne comprenant pas le français. Quelle belle image !
The young woman who works there is disrespectful and incompetent.
She treats foreigners as less than nothing, speaks only French, no English or even Flemish or German: for a press corner supposedly international oriented it is very embarrassing.
Allows hushed reflections for clients who do not understand French. What a beautiful image!

I needed to send something with DHL, I called them a Sunday, they were open!
I was there, the lady kindly help me to send it, I even had a promotion and paid less than the normal price :)
If you need to send something with DHL, that's the place!
