★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an intensive and long-term user of a combination of multiple business-critical Zendesk products, used daily by a few dozen agents, I engaged the Premium-Plus team for their expertise and knowledge of the Zendesk ecosystem. The interactions were always pleasant, to-the-point and professional. Premium-Plus has a vast network of internal experts as well as collaborators across Europe that allows for fast turn-around for resolving every question/issue that I had.
I also liked the events that Premium-Plus organized, that allowed me to talk and learn from other companies on how to use Zendesk and also to stay on top of the product evolutions of the Zendesk products.
I highly recommend Premium-Plus if you are serious about using Zendesk.
