Nous avons fait une réclamation par mail et à notre grande surprise la réponse à été très déplacée pour un commerçant qui a fait une erreur, nous étions des habitués et nous irons voir la concurrence désormais. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus face à ce manque professionnalisme ...
This year we ordered 12 boxes in store and ... Surprise! It was not at all what we asked for. We made a complaint by email and to our surprise the response was very inappropriate for a merchant who made a mistake, we were regulars and we will go see the competition from now on. We are extremely disappointed with this lack of professionalism ...
