★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helemaal niet tevreden. Het is elke keer weer iets met Postnl. In normale tijden zou men een wasmachine leveren en deze ook aansluiten. Nu gezien de tijden die er heersen, heb ik alle begrip dat men de machine niet aansluit. Maar er staat wel dat ze dit zowiezo tot het derde verdiep brengen zonder lift. Dit werd geweigerd door de werknemers van postnl. Ik woon in een appartementsgebouw van 2 verdiepingen waardoor er geen lift aanwezig is. Ze hebben deze gewoon op het gelijkvloers afgezet en doorgegaan. Had deze ochtend ook al contact gehad met hun collega's van de administratie en deze hadden beloofd dat het op het tweede verdiep aan het appartement zou geleverd worden. Dit is niet de eerste keer dat ik zo'n zaken met hen voorheb. Door dit zoveelste voorval met hen zal ik vanaf elke bestelling die ik online plaats en geleverd word door hen annuleren. Dit is een echte schande !!!
Not satisfied. It's always something with Postnl. In normal times, one would supply a washing machine and connect it too. Now given the times that prevail, I have every understanding that the machine is not connected. But it does say that they will bring this to the third floor anyway without an elevator. This was refused by postnl employees. I live in a 2-storey apartment building, so there is no lift. They just dropped these off on the ground floor and kept going. Had already been in contact with their colleagues from the administration this morning and they had promised that it would be delivered to the apartment on the second floor. This is not the first time that I have such a case with them. Due to this umpteenth incident with them, I will cancel every order I place online and delivered by them. This is a real shame !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afbreuk aan je bedrijf als je spullen laat leveren door deze organisatie.
Je hoort op de dag zelf pas hoe laat ze komen leveren in tijdsblokken van 3 uur, vervolgens komen ze de eerste keer te vroeg en de tweede keer te laat.
Ik bestel in ieder geval nooit meer bij bedrijven die gebruik maken van deze pakketdienst.
Damage to your company if you have items delivered by this organization.
You only hear on the day itself what time they will deliver in time blocks of 3 hours, then they come early the first time and late the second time.
In any case, I will never order from companies that use this parcel service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechter dan dit kan niet.
3 leveringen via extra@home. De eerste keer kwamen ze niet opdagen. Levering een week vertraging. Tweede keer werd een erg zwaar pakket letterlijk over de drempel gezet midden voor de deur. De derde keer laten ze je een dag wachten om een uur na de afgesproken leveraging te melden dat het pakket beschadigd is.
Je kan zeggen en klagen wat je wil, maar het ligt nooit en hen. Vreselijke klantenservice die niet luistert.
Dus wat mij betreft koop ik nooit meer iets als ik weet dat extra@home het levert.
It doesn't get any worse than this.
3 deliveries via extra @ home. They didn't show up the first time. Delivery delayed one week. Second time a very heavy package was literally put over the threshold right in front of the door. The third time, they make you wait a day to report an hour after the agreed leveraging that the package is damaged.
You can say and complain whatever you want, but it never lies and them. Awful customer service that isn't listening.
So as far as I am concerned, I will never buy anything again when I know that extra @ home will deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegenwoordig worden onze pakjes over de poort gesmeten als we niet thuis zijn, met schade tot gevolg. Knap werk hoor.
Nowadays our parcels are thrown over the gate when we are not at home, resulting in damage. Nice work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, front- to back-end. After 3 attempts of delivering my product, the delivery- service dropped it off at a pizza-place 3 streets ahead. Back-end service “fully understand” my concerns but did not do anything to solve the problem. Everything is a “maybe”. Terrible experience overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped the furniture in front of my door and did not bother to lift it to my apartment. Their reasons: (1) they do not get paid extra for this (note: I paid 45- extra for the delivery) and (2) if they would do this for every customer, they would not have enough time for all their deliveries. As a result I had to carry the sofa myself to the 3rd floor.
PostNL België Extra@Home: pay your employees and invest in customer service. Never again will I order something shipped by you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im actually scared it will be postnl next time i order something. The chauffeur does not ring the bell, instead just puts a paper in your box saying you werent home when i was and now i get to drive 10kms to pick up the parcel i payed for delivery, to then find the parcel damaged!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is generous for this embarrassing company.
They were meant to deliver my IKEA order on a specific day between 9am-9pm, which I booked a holiday day off to wait for. It didn't arrive the whole day nor did I receive a message to say it would be late. The following morning I received a message saying my delivery would arrive that morning. As I do have a life, I had to be at work that morning and could therefore not receive a delivery.
Extra@home are only available via WhatsApp (which is annoying anyway) so I messaged them asking where my delivery was. Their response was rude, blaming me for not being home even though they were late. I didn't receive 1 apology throughout this whole process.
Eventually, my order arrived 4 days late even though I paid 30 euros for it to arrive on a specific day.
This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced and Extra@Home are the worst delivery service imaginable.
If you order anything and it goes through them, avoid it. You will waste your money, your order won't arrive on time and you'll be blamed for their mistakes.
