Dit omdat ze toch weten dat je ze nodig hebt en te gierig zijn om telefoonmedewerkers te betalen om hun klanten toch iets van service te geven. Bpost -10 op 10 If I could give 0 stars I would. Very very bad customer service. This is because they know you need them and are too stingy to pay telephone employees to provide their customers with some service. Bpost -10 out of 10

Extremely rude and if packets coming from the Uk arrive at this location 99.9% of those packets get "lost" ( read stolen) in "grimbergen". This is one of those offices that need a restructure so brutally all people need to be either reassigned or if there is ample proof of mishandling packages they should be fired because they do not do the work correctly.
P	Pantelis Pavlou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place where magic happens. You bring them a package to be delivered and it dissappears... I have not met this level of incompetence before! If you can, stay away from this company, unless you want to be part of a magic show!
