★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe BPost needs lessons in 'social distancing' in Tervuren.Today - just before closing time - we were 4 clients - one with mask but NOT respecting 'social distancing'. The one and only little table to fill out 'registered letter'slips is like a 1st grade table . In the fight for social distancing, they should allow in ONE CLIENT AT THE TIME! Also, the 2 employees are only at 1 m from each other. This is positive criticism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entered the office already frustrated as we had been home but the post man had not even attempted to deliver.. next day in the office i was faced with 15 minutes queue only yo hear this old lady shouting “we dont have it” i proposed i can wait until it calms down but she refused to listen.. would not have hurt to announce everyone that they are unable to provide the packages of the day; i am sure the people have better things to do on a sunny saturday than queue for nothing else than most miserable customer service in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandma said she saw the postman from the window, but he didn't even bother ringing the doorbell - he just left a pickup notice. This isn't the first time it's happened. Absolutely shocking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally poor service, especially from the older guy with white hair. Always unhelpful, and not solution oriented. The younger staff seem to be more helpful; so I wait in line and speak only with them when I have the option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable. I was at home the entire day, and I get an email saying my package was delivered. FALSE! So I go to this office to see if my package is there... They say no, that my package is delivered. My package was probably lost or stolen by Bpost staff, I contacted Amazon and thankfully they gave me a refund... At least they're an honest company. Also, this has also happened to my mother twice in the last months. It's not a rare thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bpost intercepted 2 package from outside the EU, all correctly labelled as gifts. They photographed them, tried to extort money from me, and when I won an appeal they lost both packages. Incompetent or evil, I'm not sure
