Mijnheer die daar werkt is heel traag en onvriendelijk tegen de klanten, is me heel vaak opgevallen en grommeld nog achter de mensen?

I don't understand all those negative reactions. I am always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - even during the busy corona period! Many thanks and appreciation for this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vroeg of ik kon storten via de automaat van bpost als ik een bankkaart zou aanschaffen mevrouw zij ja dat kan na dat ik het kaart heb vertellen ze me pas dat het alleen aan het loket mogelijk is dus heel weinig uren om geld te storten ??
Asked if I could deposit via the bpost machine if I were to buy a bank card Mrs. she yes that is possible after I have the card they only tell me that it is only possible at the counter so very few hours to deposit money ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je wordt hier elke keer ontvangen met een brede glimlach die zelfs onder het mondmasker te zien is. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Hun positieve energie blijft aanstekelijk. Ik kan me geen beter team voorstellen. Groeten, een zeer tevreden klant.
You are welcomed here every time with a wide smile that can even be seen under the mouth mask. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Their positive energy is infectious. I can't imagine a better team. Regards, a very satisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een arrogante meneer die daar zit. Ja ik heb het over Marc hij moest allang uit dienst zijn er zijn zoveel mensen die klacht indienen over hem. Gisteren 28.01.2022 ben ik daar geweest. Ik wou met bancontact betalen maar hij wou persé da ik betaalde met Visa dat de bancontact zogezegd niet ging. Maar mensen die naast mij aan de toog geholpen werden konden wel met bancontact. Hij liet mij niet eens uitspreken. Ik zij nog mag ik dan cash betalen en hij zei "NEE IK HEB HET AL INGEGEVEN DUS VISA" en dit zeggen terwijl hij op de toog sloeg amai ik wil niet als "klant is de koning" behandeld worden maar hij kan tenminste vriendelijk en beleeft blijven arrogante zak.
What an arrogant gentleman sitting there. Yes, I'm talking about Marc, he had to be out of service a long time ago, there are so many people who complain about him. Yesterday 28.01.2022 I was there. I wanted to pay with bancontact but he insisted that I pay with Visa that the bancontact supposedly did not work. But people who were helped at the counter next to me could use bancontact. He didn't even let me finish. I still ask can I pay in cash and he said "NO I HAVE ALREADY ENTERED IT SO VISA" and say this while hitting the counter amai I don't want to be treated like "customer is king" but at least he can be friendly and polite stay arrogant bag.
