U	Ubahnub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De bediende had er duidelijk geen zin meer in. Wilde geen enkele moeite meer doen voor de klant voor mij, herhaalde alleen steeds dat het te laat was. Mij hielp hij ook niet meer om een cheque te cashen. Hij had geen geld meer zogenaamd. Terwijl ik hem met genoeg geld zag bij een andere klant. The employee clearly did not feel like it anymore. Did not want to do any effort for the customer for me, only repeated that it was too late. He also did not help me to cash a check. He no longer had money. While I saw him with enough money at another customer.

Openingsuren zijn 's middags tot 12u30, maar indien men om 12u23 toekomt, is men niet meer welkom en gaat de deur niet meer open. Na een tiental minuten buiten te wachten in de kou, snauwde een zeer onvriendelijke loketbediende me toe dat het postkantoor gesloten is. Uiteraard, ondertussen was het iets na 12h30, terwijl ik ruimschoots op tijd was toegekomen binnen de openingsuren. Zeer teleurgesteld in de service van postkantoor Machelen op maandagmiddag 20/12/2017. Service is below par here. Opening hours are in the afternoon until 12:30 pm, but if you arrive at 12:23 pm, you are no longer welcome and the door no longer opens. After waiting outside for ten minutes in the cold, a very unfriendly counter clerk snarled at me that the post office is closed. They have 3 desks available yet even in the busiest time there's only one manned by personel. A sweet man but he is kind of slow and likes to talk a lot. Gave 1 star because you have to give at least 1.
