R	Raluca Bödding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Vorsicht zu genießen! Vermieter behält geleistete Anzahlung (1600€) ein, obwohl wir unsere Reise aufgrund der Corona Situation nicht antreten dürfen. Jeglicher kulanten Vorschlag unsererseits wurde abgelehnt: die Hälfte des Betrages zu behalten oder uns das Haus nächstes Jahr Pfingsten zur Verfügung zu stellen. Sehr schade, dass man in dieser schwierigen Zeit nicht an Zusammenhalt glaubt und auf dieser Art und Weise Familien mit Kindern behandelt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen. So was kann man beim besten Willen nicht unterstützen! Enjoy with caution! The landlord keeps the deposit (1600 €), although we are not allowed to start our trip due to the corona situation. All kind suggestions on our part were rejected: to keep half of the amount or to make the house available to us for Pentecost next year. It is a shame that one does not believe in cohesion in this difficult time and treats families with children in this way. We are very disappointed and will not recommend this property. Something like that cannot be supported with the best will!

Wij gingen hier vorig jaar op familie weekend en hadden geen problemen, dit jaar boekten we opnieuw, maar door de Corona-crisis kon het weekend niet doorgaan. De eigenaar houdt 1075€ voorschot voor zich, we krijgen niets terug en krijgen ook niet eens de kans op te herboeken naar volgend jaar of om om te ruilen in een voucher! Het zijn voor iedereen moeilijke tijden, maar dit grote voorschot zomaar houden, ‘omdat het in het contract staat’ heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Alle concerten, hotels, vliegmaatschappijen... doen een toegeving obv een voucher, herboeken... maar deze man houdt gewoon alles voor zich! Attention, never book here! We went here on a family weekend last year and had no problems, this year we booked again, but due to the Corona crisis the weekend could not take place. The owner keeps an advance of € 1075 for himself, we don't get anything back and we don't even get the chance to rebook to next year or to exchange it in a voucher! These are difficult times for everyone, but keeping this big advance just like that, "because it is in the contract" I have never experienced. All concerts, hotels, airlines ... make concessions based on a voucher, rebook ... but this man just keeps everything to himself!
