Résultat : 3 assurances transférées ailleurs et près de 300 euros annuels gagnés. 1 étoile c'est encore gentil. Merci Mr Poncelet et bon débarras.
 Apart from taking your errands, do nothing and worse, do nothing. No follow-up of files, non-existent help in the event of a disaster and can be contacted sporadically. Result: 3 insurances transferred elsewhere and nearly 300 euros per year earned. 1 star is still nice. Thank you Mr Poncelet and good riddance.
