Unpleasant experience, very unfriendly person ... did not want to see if my package had arrived because I did not have a transit advice note when it was a delivery at a relay point (therefore no transit advice note) ?)

Hallucinant de voir une commerçante vous répondre de cette façon alors que vous essayez de la comprendre car elle ne parle pas bien le français ou anglais... It's reassuring to see all the negative opinions on this post, you have to go zen and with patience because the lady is very unpleasant ... The lady refused to take my package because she didn't want it to clutter up her room. This is outrageous, avoid going there at all costs.

Malgre la confirmation ecrite que le paquet a ete livre a son adresse, la dame pretend que le paquet n‘est Pas chez elle, et qu’il a ete livre chez moi. Bienqu‘elle ne connait meme pas mon adresse....incroyable I had an Amazon package delivered to this address. Despite written confirmation that the package was delivered to her address, the lady claims that the package was not at her home, and that it was delivered to me. Although she doesn't even know my address .... unbelievable
