Refuse de se renseigner quand un recommandé n'est pas là aux heures prévues sur l'avis de passage.
Je me suis même fait menacer physiquement de coups par le patron car j'avais adressé une plainte à La Poste pour le mauvais service. Une brute épaisse.
Aujourd'hui, il m'a demandé de dégager ma voiture du parking alors que je venais au Point Poste.
Ce service est-il bienvenu à cette pompe?
La Poste devrait se demander si cet endroit correspond à l'image qu'elle veut donner de son service au public...

Refuses to inquire when a registered person is not there at the times specified on the calling card.
I was even threatened physically with beatings by the boss because I had addressed a complaint to the Post office for the bad service. A thick brute.
Today, he asked me to get my car out of the parking lot when I was coming to Point Poste.
Is this service welcome at this pump?
La Poste should ask itself if this place corresponds to the image it wants to give of its service to the public ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai renvoyé un colis (9€50 de frais) qui n'est jamais arrivé au dépôt. quand je suis retournée ils ne trouvaient aucun moyen de m'aider (j'avais pourtant la date et l'heure du dépôt). du coup j'ai perdu 150€ (la valeur de mon colis) +9€ de frais de transport. patron très peu aimable,
I returned a package (€ 9.50 charge) which never arrived at the depot. when I returned they could not find any way to help me (yet I had the date and time of the deposit). suddenly I lost 150 € (the value of my package) + 9 € transport costs. very unfriendly boss,

Of course I read the three other 1-star reviews (out of four reviews in total) before going there - but as it's the one nearest my home, I thought I'd give it a try.
A family business. Two parents aged about 50, two sons aged about 25.
They are mean, unkind and far from service oriented. At some point they went as far as even denying (!) that they are a Point post - even though this is marked very clearly on Google and can't be denied.
They were unhelpful and openly hostile, creating an atmosphere where you can't even show them what they have to do to give service (I was trying to send back equipment to the Orange company according to Orange's instructions, that involve certain predetermined actions at the postal service point).
I finally went to another service point - where the manager knows this one and told me that they're a family, and that they regularly mess up the packages of their clients, to the point that the OTHER service point has to handle such packages. Apparently they lost many customers (over time) to the OTHER service point.
Again - save yourself the time and displeasure and go elsewhere.
