I went to a local large auto parts store with number 5 in its name and had one of the worst customer service experiences (basically wasted an hour of my life because I was erroneously told that they can install the roof rack when in fact they didn't have the parts in-house). Then I remembered seeing the sign that this tire place is an authorized dealer of Thules products and stopped by on the way home. The shop is very clean and guys that work there seemed courteous and helpful. Then I was given a quote that was significantly less than the one that I got at the other unpleasant store. I left after making an appointment to have the rack installed the following week, feeling a bit skeptical as it all seemed too good to ture. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that the work will be done immediately and that it should take about half an hour. So after a little shopping I came back after 35 minutes, and not only the rack installed and my cargo box tethered to it as promised, they had checked the pressures on my tires and made the necessary adjustments without any pleading from me. And the cost was BELOW the estimate I was given. I can't recommend this shop enough. It was hands down one of the best customer service I experienced in Brussels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better (if not the best) customer experiences I've had in Brussels. Highly motivated, pleasant and engaged team. When I had issues with my winter wheels (would not accept air for some reason) they went over and above to try and solve the problem. They also installed a ski box on my car within 30 minutes. Cannot recommend this place enough.
