★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap camping site, toilets out of order.Only 1 useable and that all week long, should have been repaired....Hygien what can i say. Need water, have to get it from campervan staition...gave 2 stars my wife would have given 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der hoeve is a lovely campsite just outside Oostende, the people were super friendly and accomodating, I arrived well past 8pm with no notice whatsoever and they still let my in! Pricing was very respectable, and the supermarket is a stones throw away, And about 5 minutes from the beach, there was space, sun and there was a range of camping from me under my tarp to great big luxury caravans, facilities were well maintained and very clean, Oostende is also a great day out with lots of art and a pretty decent night life.
All in all a good stay 5/5 would stay again
And they have a horse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant campsite. Very clean showers and toilets. 20 euros a night with free electricity in high season. Very friendly staff. Wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's cheap for a reason. Ok as a stopover but I would not want to stay here much longer. The toilet/shower/ washing block needs updating and it seems only one of three male toilet cubicles has been working for a few months. Try to find somewhere else.
