Je vous recommande vivement ce revendeur.
Personne très sérieuse, sympathique et très professionnel.
J'y ai acheté ma balançoire avec la tour auquel j'y ai demandé plusieurs modifications: allongement de la grande poutre pour y ajouter un agrès et supression de la barre de pompiers sans aucun suppléments... Et en plus m'offre même des gardes corps en plus.
La livraison super rapide et si soucis est à votre écoute pour tous conseils et renseignements.
Bref, entreprise super sérieuse et 100% belge.
On peu aller y visiter leur show room et en même temps l'atelier. Que du bonheur de voir encore du 100% belge.
Bref je vous le recommande vivement.

I highly recommend this dealer.
Very serious, friendly and very professional person.
I bought my swing with the tower to which I asked for several modifications: extension of the large beam to add an apparatus and removal of the fire bar without any supplements ... And in addition I even offer additional bodyguards.
Super fast delivery and if worries is at your disposal for any advice and information.
In short, a super serious and 100% Belgian company.
We can go and visit their show room and at the same time the workshop. What a joy to still see 100% Belgian.
In short I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commande faite il y a 6ans et très satisfaite jusqu'à maintenant car le bois fissuré et donc la balançoire inutilisable depuis 2mois. Trop dangereux que ca se casse en 2. Garantie 10ans donc je me renseigne mais ca ne semble pas etre prioritaire. Ne livre pas les pieces sous garanties.SAV inexistant. Je décide de remplacer par mes propres moyen pour un rondin de bois à 13€. Reflechissez y car pour qq € en plus je préfère avoir un Service apres vente irreprochable et pas qu'on me laisse dans le vent.
Order made 6 years ago and very satisfied so far because the cracked wood and therefore the swing unusable for 2 months. Too dangerous that it breaks in 2. 10-year warranty so I ask but it does not seem to be a priority. Do not deliver parts under warranty. Service does not exist. I decide to replace with my own means for a wooden log at 13 €. Think about it because for qq € more I prefer to have an irreproachable after sales service and not that I am left in the wind.

Et possibilité d'y mettre sa touche personnelle (pour notre part, modèle dessiné par nous même). Service irréprochable et personnel plus que sympathique. Je suis ravie et les enfants aussi ! :)
Fully satisfied with the PlaynWood swing set up almost 2 years ago. Very good value for money, guaranteed safety for children, many models and accessories. And possibility to put his personal touch (for our part, model designed by ourselves). Impeccable service and more than friendly staff. I am delighted and the children too! :)
