★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hadden een prijs afgesproken. Moesten 10 minuten wachten tot dat de go-car kwam. Go-car kwam pas na een half uur en moesten een duurdere prijs betalen. Ze beloven dingen die ze niet na komen.
Had agreed on a price. Had to wait 10 minutes for the go-car to come. Go-car came only after half an hour and had to pay a more expensive price. They promise things they don't keep.

Le personnel est sous-qualifié, méchant et grossier. Si vous avez ne serait-ce qu’un petit souci avec votre go-cart, soyez bien sûr que le gérant ne sera pas respectueux envers vous.
Je me permet aussi de souligner la qualité exécrable du matériel ; un mix entre rouille et mauvaise qualité.
« Playtime » est un commerce aberrant et à fuir.
Waste of time and money.
The staff are underqualified, mean and rude. If you have even a small problem with your go-cart, be sure that the manager will not be respectful towards you.
I also allow myself to underline the execrable quality of the material; a mix between rust and poor quality.
"Playtime" is an aberrant business to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn vriendinnen en ik wouden met de step rijden. We kwamen toe en kregen al een reactie dat we andere steps moesten nemen voor ons gewicht. We gingen dan 1uur met de step gaan rijden. Na 30/40min viel de ene step plat. Mijn vriendin is helemaal te voet gewandeld met de step terug, toen we aankwamen vertelde ik de meneer wat er gaande was en we kregen als antwoord dat we 5minuten extra kregen??? Ik ging niet akkoord en wou geld terug. Dit werd geweigerd en ik moest de baas bellen, er was slecht contact via telefoon maar die zei ook dat geld teruggeven geen optie is! Ik bleef staan en zeggen dat dit niet onze schuld was en uiteindelijk kregen we maar €10 terug. Schandalig zeker geen aanrader!!!!
My friends and I wanted to ride the scooter. We arrived and already received a response that we had to take other steps for our weight. We then went to ride the scooter for 1 hour. After 30/40min one step fell flat. My girlfriend walked all the way back on foot with the scooter, when we arrived I told the gentleman what was going on and we got an answer that we got 5 minutes extra??? I did not agree and wanted a refund. This was refused and I had to call the boss, there was bad contact by phone but he also said that refunding money is not an option! I stood and said this was not our fault and in the end we only got €10 back. Definitely not recommended!!!!
