Je me retrouve avec un résultat pas du tout demandé et en plus de ça avec des grosses démarcations, enfin bref rien ne va. La couleur n’est pas belle, beaucoup trop clair à mon goût et encore une fois pas du tout le résultat demandé. Je voulais quelque chose d’assez naturel… J’ai payé 88€ pour ça (heureusement j’ai une réduction étudiante), et je n’ai même pas le droit à un remboursement total j’ai juste eu droit à un bon pour dépenser mes 88€ chez eux. Je ne veux plus venir me faire coiffer chez eux. Moi qui n’avait jamais touché à ma couleur naturelle je suis totalement dégoûtée.
I came to this institute with photos as a reference that I showed to the hairdresser. I find myself with a result not at all requested and on top of that with big demarcations, in short, nothing is going well. The color is not beautiful, much too light for my taste and once again not at all the desired result. I wanted something quite natural… I paid 88€ for it (luckily I have a student discount), and I don't even have the right to a full refund I just got a voucher for spend my 88€ on them. I don't want to come and have my hair done there anymore. I, who had never touched my natural color, am totally disgusted.
