D	Daniel Pavlik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Don't go here. Incompetent staff, huge waiting times, quality control non existing. Once you pay the delivery, they treat you like **** if there is an error. We ordered furniture for over 4000€, there were 4 errors in the delivery, including damaged packages which we didn't notice at the time. We complained and it's already been 2 months that we're getting nothing but excuses and promises (I suspect they are in fact lies). In the meantime, our huge closet is without doors, the doors themselves have to be stored in a separate room, which is super annoying.
S	Sofia Garrido Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridicolous! The worst experience ever, I would never buy here again, as they should look better who they hire and the protocols they follow. We bought a couch for which we payed a considerable amount as the shop is not cheap and we pay an extra 60€ for the lift as we live in a first floor without lift they told us was required. This is all what they said, we asked if something should be done for the reception to which they said no. We have never bought furniture before or done a lift so we didn't know how it worked and the lady at the shop didn't tell us anything at all. When the couch arrived they said they could not do the lift as we did not have space in the street without giving any other explanation they left the couch on the entrance and left giving us back only 40€ of the 60€ paid for the lift. they didn't give us any solution and didn't offer the two person in the truck to help us putting it upstairs simply banished. I called the shop and instead of trying to find a solution they blame us...it is the worst customer service received ever.
L	Lionel Zabinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake sales prices in today's commercial, sent out just a few hours ago, via their official FB account. Shop in Zaventem says they sold all these items last weekend. In Anderlecht they show one in the showroom at the double of the announced sales price. The store manager pretends both items are different models, from different manufacturers with different quality, despite looking exactly the same and having the same starting price... Promoting sales items, and having the items all sold out before the ad airs is already shady, but having it in your showroom at the double of the sales price and pretending it is a different model is just illegal. Stay away, that says a lot about their values with regards to quality and respect of their customers.
