Cette région est remplie d'italiens qui n'ont jamais été en Italie !
Mais ici, bravo.
Une pate ENFIN crousti/moelleuse. Généralement c'est du caoutchouc ou mou et fade.
La présentation est soignée et la garniture est suffisamment riche.
Délais de livraison respectés ;-)

But here, well done.
A FINALLY crispy / soft dough. Usually it is rubber or soft and bland.
The presentation is neat and the garnish is sufficiently rich.
