β β β β β Moest mijn radio resetten maar bleek in Wetteren te moeten zijn. Was mij niet medegedeeld, niet overdreven vriendelijk, en je kan niet betalen met maestro.
Geef niet veel commentaar, maar als je zelf beleefd bent, wil ik ook beleefd behandeld worden.......
Had to reset my radio but turned out to be in Wetteren. Wasn't communicated to me, not overly friendly, and you can't pay with maestro.
Don't comment much, but if you're polite yourself I want to be treated politely too .......

β β β β β Foarte greu descarca 2-3 ore daca ati venit la timp daca ati antarzieat si mai mult. Cu parcarea seara e problema totul e plin.
Very hard to download 2-3 hours if you arrived on time if you were late even more. With parking in the evening, the problem is everything is full.

β β β β β We have used Pioneer equipment for over 10 years spending over Β£100,000 annually to replace stereos and equipment in our fleets. Unfortunately, today I had need to call their UK service centre as a product was faulty.
Pioneer, rather than simply replace\refund the product under warranty (3-days old), refused to support then refused to answer our calls.
Their UK based offices lack an understanding of business and focus purely on profits. For us this is untenable and we have already started stripping Pioneer equipment and replacing with JVC and Sony.
Sorry Pioneer but customer service is the most important element when we spend hundreds of thousands of pounds, you failed miserably.

β β β β β Bought MVH-X580DAB online. App Pioneer Smart Control is not connecting with smartphone. Contacted Support. They would send my simple instructions how to connect. I'm still waiting to hear from them. Called them week later. They escalated problem to Pioneer Europe. My right to return product within 14 days is running out. Still no respons from Pioneer. I'll have to return the radio soon.
