Il me permet à chaque séance de me reconnecter un peu plus avec mes valeurs et mes besoins. Je conseille vivement ses cours à quiconque souhaitant prendre conscience de son corps, son bien être (tant physique que mental) et surtout apprendre à ralentir la cadence.
What an honor to have met Swan, an outstanding teacher, attentive and caring. It allows me at each session to reconnect a little more with my values and my needs.
